Dolce Terra is an Italian inspired cafe business with a refreshing take on its food. Before the grand opening in Manly, they worked with CONWAY design to develop their culinary identity.
To create the desired visual outcome, CONWAY took the dramatic and theatrical Italian way of life into consideration. The food is delivered in a very stage managed manner where everything is on display. A show is put on and this is reflected in the branding as it puts a spotlight on the word-mark DOLCE TERRA. With “Dolce Terra” translating to “sweet earth” the colour palette is informed by nature.
Delivering the Dolce Terra brand assets which include a logo, colour palette, signage, pattern, stickers, uniforms and packaging, the result is a strong business identity with the Italian spirit conveyed in a contemporary execution that sits seamlessly within its interior scheme that was designed by Emma Macindoe.
