As our personal lives become more reliant on devices, data and digital interactions, it follows that consumers will demand an even more advanced set of interactions with the businesses they transact with frequently and infrequently for that matter.
Germany’s BW-Bank, based in Stuttgart, recently developed a multi-media led interior approach to a branch situated inside a Shopping Mall. The installation focuses on an interactive media table informing customers about products and services.
